The Ancora Equity Fund has an investment objective of obtaining a high total return, a combination of capital appreciation in the value of its shares as well as income. The Fund pursues this objective by investing in publicly traded equity securities or securities convertible into equity securities of companies that are leaders in their industry or have products or services which have dominance in the marketplace.  The Ancora Equity Fund is subject to principal investment risks related to investments in large, mid-cap and small companies.  The fund is also subject to volatility and portfolio turnover risks.

The Ancora Special Opportunity Fund has an investment objective of obtaining a high total return. The Fund pursues this objective by investing in companies with the potential for superior returns. The Ancora Special Opportunity Fund is subject to principal investment risk related to the speculative nature of investments and risks associated with investing in small companies.  The fund is also subject to volatility and portfolio turnover risks.

The Ancora Income Fund has an investment objective of obtaining a high level of income with a secondary objective of capital appreciation in the value of its shares. The Fund pursues these objectives by investing primarily in income-producing securities, including securities of closed end fund having portfolios consisting primarily of income-producing securities, and equity securities. The Ancora Income Fund is subject to risks related to investments in debt securities, closed-end funds, large, mid-size and small companies.  The fund is also subject to volatility and portfolio turnover risks.

The Ancora Micro Cap Fund has the investment objective of obtaining capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the assets of the Fund will be invested in equity securities of companies who equity securities have a total market value of under $500,000,000. Equity securities consist of common stock, preferred stock and securities convertible into common or preferred stock.
