Bradley Zucker - Vice President,
Ancora Capital
Bradley Zucker is Vice
President and The Chief Financial Officer for all Ancora entities.
Before
joining Ancora, Mr. Zucker was the Corporate Controller for
International Total Services, a $225.0 million publicly traded
international provider of aviation and commercial security services. At
International Total Services, he was responsible for safeguarding the
Company's assets as well as managing accounting and finance related
matters, including various SEC filings. Mr. Zucker was promoted to this
position after serving simultaneously as both the Company's
International Controller and Acquisition Controller. In the capacity of
International Controller, he managed accounting matters for the
Company's international subsidiaries. In the capacity of Acquisition
Controller, Mr. Zucker was responsible for executing the Company's
strategic plan by managing all aspects of the pursuit, investigation,
evaluation, negotiation and integration of acquisitions.
Mr.
Zucker worked in Ernst & Young, LLC's auditing practice prior
to
joining International Total Services. While at Ernst & Young
LLC,
Mr. Zucker serviced major international manufacturing, retail and
financial clients. In addition he worked with a variety of
entrepreneurial service clients, including a very successful venture
capital firm. Mr. Zucker participated significantly in several special
engagements relating to multi-million dollar acquisition and
divestitures.
Mr. Zucker graduated from Emory University with a
degree in Accounting. He attended graduate school at Case Western
Reserve University where he obtained a Masters of Business
Administration. Mr. Zucker is a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA).
