1.) Read Ancora Advisor's Privacy Statement. The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you of what kinds of information Ancora may gather about you when you visit a site, how we may use that information, that we never disclose information to anyone under any conditions unless you authorize us to do so.
 

2.) Please read Ancora Advisors Form ADV. Investment advisors like Ancora Advisors file a legal disclosure call a "Form ADV" to register with the Securities & Exchange Commission and/or the states in which they conduct business. Form ADV contains information about an investment adviser and its business operations.
